Requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Before sending anything back, call our customer service team at [TO BE CONFIRMED] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns must be authorized within [TO BE CONFIRMED] days of your original purchase date. Items returned without a valid RMA number cannot be processed.
Condition of returned items
Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, with all included hardware and documentation. Firearm-related parts that show signs of installation, machining, or wear are not eligible for return.
Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will credit your refund to the original payment method used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days of our receiving the returned merchandise.
